Pitching for Business

28-29 September 2010 | Cambridge

Finding funding for a new technology?  Convincing colleagues as to which opportunities you should focus on? Persuading your boss as to the direction the business should take?

Whatever field you work in, you need to be able to pitch an opportunity and persuade your boss, colleagues, academics and companies to invest their time, energy and money in your ideas and projects.  Having the right skills to influence others, particularly in the current economic climate is crucial.  This course will improve delegates’ confidence by putting into practice the essential skills required to make that successful pitch.  It will be highly interactive with learning based on participation in simulated pitches and video feedback.
