Booking
To register, please complete the registration form online and press submit. Registrations will be acknowledged automatically by return email. We allocate places on a 'per organisation' basis to ensure that we have the optimum spread of delegates on each course. You will receive a second email confirming whether or not you have been allocated a place on the course. Further details regarding accommodation and travel arrangements will be confirmed to you at this time.
Payment
Payment must be received within 30 days from date of invoice. Payment is accepted by cheque, BACs or bank transfer. Organisations paying by bank transfer must ensure that all bank transfer fees are paid. Praxis reserves the right to recoup any unpaid bank transfer fees.
Fees
3 Day Training Courses - Fees cover: drinks reception, tea/coffee and lunch throughout the course, and a course dinner.
(The course fee does not include overnight accommodation. Further details will be circulated to delegates upon confirmation of registration.)
1 Day Workshops - Fees cover: tea/coffee/refreshments and lunch
Booking Conditions
Cancellations
A full refund will be given for written cancellations received up to 28 days before the course start date. The full fee (plus any non-refundable accommodation) will be payable after this period and in the event of failure to attend without notice of cancellation. Substitutions may be made. Praxis must be notified about substitutions before a course starts.
Accommodation
Bed and breakfast accommodation will be booked on behalf of delegates attending residential courses. Changes to accommodation booking requirements can be made up to 21 days before the course start date. After this time, bedrooms may still be available but not at the discounted rate. Accommodation cancellations made less than 21 days before the course start day may still be chargeable. Praxis reserves the right to recoup any accommodation cancellation fees charged by the venue.
Cancellation by Praxis
In the unlikely event that Praxis is required to cancel a course, delegates will be offered either a full refund for course fees and accommodation or credit for the full amount to use towards a place at another Praxis course.
Praxis shall not be liable for non-delivery of courses as a result of causes beyond its reasonable control including (but not limited to) war, terrorism, acts of God, fire, floods, strikes, delays in transportation.
This is a binding contract.
