Simon Smith
Simon is an exceptionally experienced technology lawyer with particular specialities in advising on intellectual property, competition and contract law for clients in the biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, electronic media and telecommunications industries. A frequent public speaker and writer (including co-authoring two books on running biopharma businesses in the UK), Simon has a masters degree with distinction in intellectual property law. Simon practised in the City and in Cambridge before joining Blake Lapthorn Tarlo Lyons as a partner in the firm's Oxford office in early 2005.
