Simon Keevey

Simon is an associate at Anderson & Company, and is also seconded to Imperial College Innovations Ltd (the technology transfer company of Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine) where he acts as in-house legal adviser in relation to intellectual property.

Most of his work at Anderson & Company and Imperial Innovations involves drafting and advising on a range of IP agreements including assignments, licences, research & development agreements, confidentiality agreements as well as the IP provisions in corporate transaction documents.

Prior to joining Anderson & Company in January 2000, he worked as a barrister in private practice and prior to that worked in scientific publishing. He has a first degree in biological sciences from London University, and a master’s degree in law. He has contributed, along with other members of Anderson & Company, to a number of legal text books relating to intellectual property and technology transfer.
