Raja Sengupta
Raja has been involved in the field of intellectual property since 1989.
Since joining BTG, a company involved in the commercialization of IPR worldwide, he has been involved with the financial aspects associated with the licensing of IPR. These include teaming with IP lawyers, Patent attorneys and licensing specialists in the many technology sectors. The workload has included advising on financial issues and taxation impacting on technology transfer, and assisting in the negotiation of IPR licence agreements.
Following BTG in 1997, Raja started a firm that focused specifically on Royalty auditing activities and issues that impact on maximizing revenues to licensors.
