Robert Foster
Robert Foster qualified as a lawyer in 1985 and worked for a leading firm in London until 2002 when he joined Blake Lapthorn Linnell. He advises businesses for which IP rights are a key asset on how to exploit those rights and also on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
He has recently been involved in UK and cross-border licensing deals in a wide range of areas including copyright, electronic rights, patents and biotech.
