Peter Snaith
Dickinson Dees is the largest independent law firm in the North of England advising public and private sector clients throughout the country. Before joining the Commercial Services Team in July 2001, Peter worked as an in-house lawyer in the chemical sector. Initially this involved working for a number of ICI's international speciality chemicals businesses and latterly Peter was Global Legal Manager for ICI's Acrylics business following its sale to Ineos.
Whilst experienced in most areas of general commercial law, Peter has specific experience of all aspects of the law affecting global manufacturing businesses in their purchasing, manufacturing, sales, collaborative R&D and licensing activities.
Since returning to private practice Peter has continued his work in the chemicals and pharmaceuticals sector whilst at the same time advising a broad range of other clients in respect of their strategic projects and day to day activities.
