Phil Clare
Phil Clare is the Associate Director of Research Services at the University of Oxford. His particular areas of responsibility include IP rights management, research contracts, European funding, training and relationships with external organisations. He is Chair-Elect of Unico and a Praxis Board member. He served on the committee of ARMA, the Association of Research Managers and Administrators, for six years. A long time ago he used to be a Chemist. Previously he has worked at the Universities of Bath and Bournemouth, and UKRO in Brussels. In his spare time he is a director of Fluvial Innovations Ltd.
