Neil Bradshaw
Dr Neil Bradshaw is Director of Enterprise at the University of Bristol, responsible for the University's enterprise agenda. He directs the Enterprise Team which has five remits - the development of education and training in enterprise and entrepreneurship, the protection of University IPR, the support and development of technology transfer through licensing and spinout, supporting early stage companies, including incubation, and improving the University's enterprise relations with industry and Government at a regional and national level. Neil chairs the management team of the SETSquared Partnership which brings together the enterprise activities of the Universities of Bath, Bristol, Southampton and Surrey. Neil is also a past Chairman of Unico, the UK research commercialisation association.
Neil has many years of experience of working at the interface between research and industry, including working in the scientific instrumentation industry and most recently as Director of Innovation and Technology at an economic development consultancy.
