Nick Bourne
Dr Nick Bourne is Deputy Director of Cardiff University's Research and Commercial Division with responsibility for the commercial development of the University's research base. This role encompasses the University's technology transfer, business services and student entrepreneurship activities. He is an executive director of the University's patent and licensing company, UC3 Ltd, and was responsible for establishing the University's seed venture capital fund, the Cardiff Partnership Fund and is a member of its General Partner Board. He is chair of the Western Arc Bioscience Platform and a past chair of the UK Companies Association (UNICO), and has been a member of Association of University Technology Managers (AUTM) in the US for over 10 years.
