Michael Pattinson
Michael Pattinson is a member of the Business Reference and Research Team, based in the Business & IP Centre at the British Library. The team of twelve staff support the users of the Centre by guiding them to the best resources, helping new users to get started in their database research, and answering personal, email and telephone enquiries. All members of the team specialise in either business information or intellectual property information. In addition, Michael is a regular presenter for the Library's series of business information workshops, which are held almost daily at the Library.
