Kevin Jones
Kevin is a partner at Wragge & Co LLP and has 15 years' experience in corporate matters. He covers all aspects of corporate law, including spin-outs and company formations, fund raisings, joint ventures and partnerships, mergers and acquisitions. He is the firm's Head of Healthcare and has a particular interest in life sciences matters.
Kevin has regularly acted for funding institutions and early stage technology companies, often through multiple financing rounds as the companies pursue the potential of their technology.
Kevin has advised a number of universities on spinouts, including Imperial College, Kings College and University of Bath as well as other leading institutions, such as MRCT and Catalyst Biomedical/Wellcome Trust. He has also spun companies out of listed companies, such as Oxford Genome Sciences which was spun out of Celltech and for which he has just concluded a £2m C round.
