Kevin Calder

Kevin Calder is a partner in the Mills & Reeve Technology Team. Having studied law at Warwick University, Kevin joined Mills & Reeve as a trainee in Norwich and on qualification joined the Technology Team based in the firm's Cambridge office. Kevin has acted for clients in the intellectual property and information technology field for many years, and has been on secondment to two software companies. Kevin advises on intellectual property protection, licensing and exploitation arrangements, and the resolution of intellectual property disputes ranging from copyright to software patents. Kevin has also advised on a number of major IT system implementations. Clients include IT and technology companies in the region, as well as a number of universities, NHS bodies, and local and central government. Kevin maintains a keen interest in the development of technology and the internet, and edits the firm's technology law blog at www.nakedlaw.com.
