Keith Blundy
Keith Blundy is Director of Business Management at Cancer Research Technology (CRT), the technology development company of Cancer Research UK. CRT also manages the commercialisation of IP from a portfolio of other UK and European cancer charities and institutes. CRT was formed from the merger of Imperial Cancer Research Technology and Cancer Research Ventures in 2002.
CRT has been involved in the formation of a number of spin out ventures including: KuDOS Pharmaceuticals, Cyclacel, Antisoma, Chroma Therapeutics, Piramed and Spirogen.
Keith was formerly a director of KuDOS and currently sits on the board of Chroma Therapeutics and Biotech Research Ventures, CRT’s Singapore partner.
Keith joined Cancer Research Campaign Technology in 1998 following ten years experience in R&D management and business development in agricultural biotechnology. He holds a BSc in Genetics and a PhD from the John Innes Institute, was a Fulbright Scholar during post-doctoral study in the US and has an MBA from London Business School.
