Julyan Elbro
Julyan Elbro has worked at the UK Patent Office since 1998, originally as a Patent Examiner. He moved to the policy area in 2000, and has covered a range of portfolios, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and the World Trade Organisation Trade-related aspects of Intellectual Property Agreement. He is currently Deputy Director of the Intellectual Property and Innovation Directorate, dealing with policy issues across the intellectual property spectrum.
