Jill Bainbridge
Jill is a partner within Blake Lapthorn Linnell's Commercial Litigation team, specialising in intellectual property and IT disputes and is Head of the firm's IP/IT sector group. Jill qualified in 1994 and joined Blake Lapthorn in 1999. Her experience includes dealing with copyright, trademark, patent, design right and passing off matters and IT disputes both through the courts and alternative dispute resolution to include domain name dispute resolution. Jill also has experience of cross border enforcement of intellectual property rights. Jill is an associate member of the Institute of Trade Mark attorneys and committee member of the SCL IT Disputes Interest Group. Jill has an LLM in Advanced Litigation with distinction from Nottingham Law School and Diploma in Legal Practice Management with distinction.
