David Gourlay
David Gourlay is a Senior Associate in the Dundas & Wilson Technology Group. David joined Dundas & Wilson in 1997 having previously worked for the Brussels office of a US based law firm. Now based in Edinburgh, David specialises in intellectual property and information technology law advising primarily on non-contentious matters. He advises clients on the protection and exploitation of intellectual property rights generally, technology transfer related agreements and data protection and freedom of information law and compliance issues. David also has considerable experience of working with the education sector and specifically with UK universities and has spent time on secondment with the research and commercialisation department of one Scottish University.
