Denis Secher
Denis Secher is Director of his own consultancy & training business based in Leamington Spa - Connect Training
Currently a large part of Connect's work is focused within Higher Education where Denis has developed a programme that has delivered sensational results working with students, administrators, and academics. In the past 12 months there has been an increase in excess of 50% in key performance indicators (KPI's) that drive undergraduate recruitment.
Prior to establishing his own business, Denis spent over 20 years as Manager and Managing Director, heading a range of businesses within the commercial and charitable sectors.
In 2000 Denis combined the main strands of his career (he originally trained as a teacher) to become senior consultant and trainer with a major international training company. The positive response to his consulting approach and training style lead Denis to create his own company. The name reflects the philosophy that, key to any success, is an ability to connect with clients and colleagues. His consulting work has taken Denis the length and breadth of the UK. He has also trained and presented throughout Europe, including contracts in Portugal, Austria, Germany, Russia and Sweden.
Driven by an endless fascination with people, Denis has unearthed some exceptional tools to help those interested in improving their sales, management, communication, and coaching skills. Denis is also a Master Practitioner of NLP and Sports NLP. He coaches people within both the business and sporting sectors.
