Bruce Venning
Bruce has been the Commercial Manager in Research Innovation Services at the University of Nottingham since 2003 and is primarily responsible for spin out companies and the University's consultancy business. Previously he was a Director of Nonlinear Dynamics Ltd, which develops and sells image analysis software for biochemistry research applications. Bruce was one of the founder directors of Phoretix International Ltd, which was initially established as the sales and marketing arm of Nonlinear before the two companies merged. He is a graduate in Genetics from the University of Nottingham and has a PhD from the University of Manchester in yeast molecular biology.
