Alex Patterson
Alex Paterson is a corporate lawyer with Dorsey & Whitney law firm. He specialises in providing sector-focused corporate advice to clients in the technology industries. He has been engaged in a wide variety of corporate and commercial transactions. He has particular experience in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and joint ventures, focusing his practice on supporting emerging growth companies from start-up through to IPO or sale. He has considerable knowledge of the area of technology transfer and commercialisation, acting for numerous spin-out companies (in a broad range of technology sectors) from various academic institutions in the UK.
