Tim obtained a BSc Honours degree in Biochemistry and Biological Chemistry from The University of Nottingham in 1996.
He entered the profession in May 1997 following a short period in biochemical research. He has been involved in a wide range of aspects of intellectual property, including patent, trade mark, design and copyright work. His patent experience includes drafting applications, worldwide prosecution, and advising on third party rights in the biological sciences and mechanical fields.
He joined Kilburn & Strode in January 2001 and since that time has worked predominantly in the biological sciences. He qualified as a European Patent Attorney in 2001 and as a Chartered Patent Attorney in 2002.
