Simon Crossley
Simon Crossley is an Associate in Dorsey’s London office working within the intellectual property group. His practice is focused on the commercial exploitation of new technology and associated intellectual property rights both domestically in the UK and in the US and Far East.
He has particular experience advising on strategic partnering transactions and distribution and licensing arrangements in the biotech, pharmaceutical, software and semi-conductor industries.
The practice also involves new company formation and venture capital fundraising.
Prior to joining Dorsey, Simon has held senior in house counsel positions at a UK pharmaceutical business and in a global software business.
