Richard Goold
Richard joined Wragge & Co in 2001 and from 2003 he has specialised in private equity transactions, private company disposals and general mergers and acquisitions. He has worked on a number of large transactions, most notably the MBO of Phones4U (at £700m), the investment in Interflora by 3i and the multi-jurisdictional acquisition of Kerridge by Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (at £200m). He has worked with many of the major venture capital houses and has spent 6 months of his career on secondment with 3i.
Richard also specialises in technology and venture finance investment work, having completed investments for 3i, QinetiQ and Merrill Lynch in this area.
