Philip Walters
Philip Walters is VP Intellectual Property & Contracts at Lorantis Ltd.
Lorantis, located in Cambridge, UK, is developing a pipeline of protein and DNA therapeutics for the treatment of immune disorders. The company was spun out from Imperial College and Edinburgh University in 1998, and has raised over £40 million in venture capital finance to date.
Prior to joining Lorantis, Philip was Associate Director, Patents at Wyeth, a global top-10 pharmaceutical company, in the UK. He is a Chartered Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney and has over 15 years' experience of patent work in biotech, pharma and other fields.
