Paul Maclennan
Paul is a solicitor with Anderson & Company, a law firm based near Oxford that provides legal services to the business and research communities. Paul advises on a wide variety of commercial agreements, focussing on transactional work within the IT, life sciences and university sectors. His clients include a leading UK university and an international IT/telecoms company. Paul is the author of the intellectual property chapter of Anderson & Company's most recent publication, Drafting Agreements in the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Industries (Oxford University Press, 2009).
Paul holds a degree in Computer Science with Law and, prior to qualification as a solicitor, gained experience of working in the software industry both as a programmer, and in customer liaison roles.
