Nick Goodwin

Nick Goodwin is a social scientist specialising in research and policy analysis in health care. Nick’s key research interests lie in the organisation and management of primary care, practice-based commissioning, integrated care systems and care networks, and international health management and development.

Nick first worked at the King’s Fund as a research officer between 1995-98, rejoining in September 2007 as a senior fellow. He has worked as a lecturer at the Health Services Management Centre, University of Birmingham and also as senior lecturer at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.

Nick has published widely on health care policy and management. He is the chair of the International Network of Integrated Care, a member of the International Council of Healthcare Advisors, and a fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
