Michael Leahy
Michael Leahy is an economist and Head of Policy and Planning in Enterprise Ireland. He leads a small team which is responsible for the developing the Agency’s medium and short strategy, development of financial incentives provide by the Agency. Michael has been involved in State Aids field since 1998 and has developed a wide knowledge in this area. Prior to joining the Agency in 1995, Michael worked with the World Bank in Indonesia for 12 years on micro and small enterprise credit programmes.
