Mauro specialises in all aspects of contentious intellectual property, including advising on patent, trademark, passing off, copyright, design, confidential information, database rights and domain name disputes. He also advises on the construction of IP policies and ownership of IP rights, conducts intellectual property audits and IP related due diligence work in corporate transactions.
