Liam McMonagle
Liam is an Associate in Dundas & Wilson CS LLP's Technology team and advises public and private bodies on all aspects of technology transfer and innovation, university-industry interaction and research. Liam is qualified as a solicitor in both Scots and English law and works out of Dundas & Wilson's Glasgow and London offices. Liam and his colleagues act for a number of Universities, including Glasgow, Heriot Watt and Dundee, together with a range of technology, life science, financial services and creative industry clients in the private sector.
Liam has particular expertise in the licensing and commercialisation of intellectual property rights. He has also worked with a number of corporate clients in corporate finance transactions, mergers, acquisitions and the establishment of joint ventures.
