Julie is a Solicitor in the University of Cambridge Legal Services Office which provides advice throughout the University.
She acts as a legal advisor primarily in the field of exploitation of the technologies arising out of the University. In this context she advises on licensing and consultancy agreements and spin-out documentation.
Julie completed a BA (Hons) in Politics at the University of York before qualifying as a Solicitor in 1980. She worked originally in a private practice as a corporate lawyer. She has 3 children and in her spare time enjoys playing tennis at a rather slower pace as the years go by!
