Joss Saunders has worked in intellectual property law since 1986, in the City, Eastern Europe, and for the last 9 years in Oxford. He is a partner in Blake Lapthorn Linnell Solicitors' Intellectual Property Team. Until recently he was Chair of the Thames Valley Branch of the Society for Computers and Law, and acts for many technology businesses. He is from a family of scientists, though was lured to the law instead. He was seconded to a mobile software company and helped see it through the full range of licensing in UK abroad. He has a particular interest in the law of the Internet and its wider ramifications.
