Darren Daly
Darren Daly holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from Trinity College Dublin and also a Diploma in Legal Studies from Dublin Institute of Technology. He qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and joined the Corporate Department in 2002 from another Dublin firm, and is now a partner in the Corporate/Commercial department. Darren advises on all areas of general corporate law and also has extensive experience in advising clients on intellectual property matters (primarily copyright, patents, trade marks and designs), IT (including software development and licensing), the legal aspects of e-commerce and online trading, data protection and biotechnology development and licensing.
