Chris Searle
Chris Searle is a partner in the Transaction Services team in the corporate finance department of BDO Stoy Hayward LLP in London where he specialises in M&A due diligence and reporting accountants’ work on IPOs and subsequent transactions. He has specialised in this type of work for over 20 years.
He has worked on over 70 AIM and Full List IPOs, including the IPOs of four of IP Group plc’s spin out companies.
In addition to his client work, Chris heads up the BDO Stoy Hayward LLP Corporate Finance Department’s Technical and Prospectus Committees. He is also Chairman of the Technical Committee of the Corporate Finance Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and sits on the Markets and Regulations Committee of the Quoted Companies Alliance.
He also has undertaken many marketing trips around the world in conjunction with the AIM team of the London Stock Exchange.
