Alistair Wilson
Alistair Wilson is a Senior Associate in Dundas & Wilson’s Technology Group based in Edinburgh.
Alistair specialises in intellectual property and general commercial law and has a particular interest in the Life Sciences sector. Alistair uses his background in Life Sciences (in which he holds an honours degree in Genetics) to provide legal advice to both commercial companies and academic institutions in relation to all matters regarding technology transfer, development and commercialisation of IP, product supply and distribution, research collaboration, and clinical trials.
Alistair has, for a number of years, advised both companies and academic institutions on a wide range of matters with a primary focus on the biotechnology, medical device, pharmaceutical, and nutraceutical sectors.
