Alan Aubrey
Alan is the CEO of Techtran. From 1994 to 2001, Alan was a corporate finance partner in KPMG. From 1997 to 2000 he was also the Sales Director of the Northern Business Unit. At KPMG, Alan specialised in advising technology-based fast growth businesses and has significant experience at helping them raise money and prepare for sale or flotation. Alan has significant experience in working in the IT and specialist engineering sectors. Alan has worked on over 75 transactions over the last ten years, helping businesses to raise more than £200m. Alan holds a BA from University of Leeds and an MBA from the University of Bradford, and is a member and fellow of the corporate finance and IT faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. In 2001, Alan became a director in Axiomlab Group plc, Techtran’s parent company. He also led the Axiomlab team that negotiated the contract with the University of Leeds.
